I started writing code to solve my own problems. Eighteen-hour builds turned into shipped products, shipped products turned into a practice — and somewhere along the way I stopped thinking like a developer-for-hire and started thinking like an owner.
For the last eight years I've built software at the sharp end — high-traffic e-commerce platforms moving thousands of products and orders, flagship SaaS features used by global teams, and plugins quietly running on thousands of merchant sites.
What I learned is that the hard part is rarely the code. It's translating a messy business problem into something clean, scalable and worth maintaining — and knowing what not to build. That judgement is the product.
Today I work the way a founder works: aligning engineering with outcomes, building teams that ship without me in the room, and treating every client's product as if the equity were mine. Whether that's an embedded engineer, a full build, or a dedicated offshore team out of Dhaka — the standard is the same.
